Refund policy

To be valid, complaints of any kind must be sent to the seller within 8 days of receipt of the goods by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of the seller. The customer will have to wait for the seller's instructions before shipping them. No returns will be accepted without the prior agreement of the seller. In the absence of a return agreement, the goods will be returned to the customer, at his expense and risk. All costs of transport, storage, handling being at his expense.

The customer has, after obtaining the return agreement, a period of eight days from the date of delivery to return the goods to the seller. The goods must imperatively be returned with a copy of the invoice to the following address: SAS DCPACK, 24 Rue des Gigoulettes 25720 AVANNE-AVENEY.

The products must be in their original condition accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice and the reason for return or exchange.

Any product that is incomplete, damaged, damaged, transformed and/or the original packaging will have been damaged, will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.

DC PACK will choose, at its sole discretion, between:

- The exchange of the product. In the event of a difference between the price of the product to be exchanged and the price of the product initially ordered, the customer will be charged the additional price if the price is higher, or DC PACK will issue a credit note corresponding to the difference if the displayed price is lower.
- The issuance of a credit note for an amount equivalent to that initially invoiced. This credit will then be credited to the customer's account, and will be valid for one (1) year.
