Reimbursement policy

To be valid, complaints whatever they may be, must be sent to the seller within 8 days of receipt of goods by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Any return of goods require the seller's prior agreement. The customer will have to wait for the seller's instructions before shipping it. No return will be accepted without the seller's prior agreement. In the absence of a return agreement, the goods will be returned to the customer, at their expense, risks and perils. All costs of transport, storage, handling being at its expense.

The Customer has after obtaining the return agreement a period of eight days from the delivery date to return the goods to the seller. The goods must be returned imperatively with a copy of the invoice to the address of our distributor: SAS DC Pack, 24 rue des Gigoulettes 25720 Avanne-Aveney.

The products must be in their original state accompanied by the photocopy of the invoice and the reason for return or the exchange.

Any incomplete, damaged, damaged, transformed product and/or the original packaging will have been deteriorated, will not be taken up, exchanged or reimbursed.

DC Pack will opt, at its sole discretion, between:

• Product exchange. In the event of a difference between the price of the product to be exchanged and the price of the product initially ordered, the customer will be invoiced from the price supplement if the price is higher or DC Pack will issue a having the difference if the displayed price is lower.
• The issue of a credit in an amount equivalent to that initially billed. This credit will then be brought to the credit of the customer's account, and will be valid for one (1) year.
